Pls.don't kill yourself or think of it often as you're drawing a death spirit around you to harass you as you go thru the day.If you're a bartender then separate that life from the spirit life & get a grip on how Bill really feels now as he would not want you to take your life as that is evident in how he antagonized you to the point of frustration.Mixed emotions about God R good because you do have a working knowledge of God & if you keep thinking then you'll see that what you fret about God can become a reality in your heart so that you relinquish your doubts & become sigle-minded about God instead of Double-minded(not an insult) but food for thought.Double-mindedness causes mixed emotions but when you hone in on all that you're thinking and get into the spirit realm where God deals you'll find that your emotions will change, as I pray for you this very moment to have a heart change and see people in a different light you can only know God when you see people as God sees them so think do you see as God sees or as you see ?Much love!!!

Are you trying to say I look old? I'm 35....LOL. I have very mixed emotions about God. I always have. My opinion of it is that God needed Bill to torture my soul. I think he enjoys bringing pain to my life, heart, and soul just so he has something to laugh at. Sometimes I think I must be a terrible person to have such bad things happen to me. I do try my best. It takes everything I have to drag myself into work (since we worked at the same bar and now I'm replacing him as a bartender). It really sucks. You have no idea how much I pray every night to die because I can't do this. I should say I don't want to do this. If I knew that Bill would come for me if I killed myself I'd put a bullet in my head. But since I know he won't and I would be without him for all eternity, it's not worth my time...Thanks Karen

For those of us who truly believe the other side is closer because your body is only a covering here on earth as you are spirit & the body is your Tabernacle your house to live in here, at death you shed this house and go into the spirt realm,if your focus becomes spiritual then your vision will become clearer. If your heart opens to God you'll be able to see spiritual things. The word of god wil open spiritual things for you.

Three days after my wife died, there was a Monarch butterfly that flew past my apartment. Her father always called her "My little butterfly". I believe that she was just dropping by to say 'hello' and that she was happy and okay. I wanted to catch the butterfly just so that I could hold her one last time, then I would have set her free. I've lived in the desert for almost 2 years and I've never seen one here. I've always believed that people that have passed on, come to visit you. This just confirmed it once again...

1st Ptr.4:5,for this reason the gospel was preached to those who are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. The spirit realm is alive the body sleeps not the spirit because the spirit is eternal.Death is the separation of the spirit from the body (Eccl:12:7)Then the dust (ie the body) will return to the earth as it was and the spirit will return to God who gave it.Just an observation not an arguement.

your feelings are normal, Many religions teach about death—that God takes people to be near him, but the Creator is not cruel. According to 1 John 4:8, “God is love.” Note that it does not say that God has love or that God is loving, but it says that God is love. So intense, so pure, so perfect is God’s love, so thoroughly does it permeate his personality and actions that he may rightly be spoken of as the very personification of love. This is not a God who takes people in death to be near him.

My grand mother passed away 2 years ago, I found comfort and hope on God, he is not causing death of love ones. The Bible, tells us that the dead are unconscious; they are in a condition best compared to sleep. (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10; John 11:11-14)

i'm waiting that day, when i'll see again all my love ones who have died, and i know that they are no suffering in hell and i'm not worry about what happens to us after death.

Jehovah God is love, soon we'll to see how Jehovah will satisfy our desires (Psalm 145:16)

Thank you so much Joyce...My son's name was Bryant and he passed away at the age of 8 years old. My son was incredible and held his head high through 2 years of nonstop chemo and he did a great job of it ( I on the other hand was a mess ! ) I just cannot thank everyone enough for the thoughts, prayers etc.

Hi Christy,
I too am waiting for that day or dream state, or whatever it is. My motherin law has had visits and a few friends have told me stories too. It has been a year in sept since we lost our 21yr old girl, and I talk to her all the time. We have even yelled at her. We hope she is listening or something. I am re-reading a book called, We Don't Die by George Anderson. It talks about mediums and people like sylvia brown and john edwards. Death is a transition to another side, etc. I still havent accepted any of all that has happened and some days I too dont want to go on. I have had dreams with her in at all ages of her life and some I remember to tell later, and some I cant. Every min of every day something reminds me of her and her time with us and this site helps also keep her in our memories. Read as much as you can and hopefully others here will give you more info on things to do. I hope you find a way now or later on to hear from him. Someone told me, they dont come to those who are upset or crying, etc. I dont know how to stop crying yet. I dont work, and if I did, I dont know how I would handle keeping on the mask that others talk about.
We have had butterflies, dragonflies and the wind that we think are signs when we visit the grave. I am going to post some other odd things that have happened over the last year that we hope were signs from her. But they do say, they are around us all the time. I pray for you to get through as best you can til that day comes.
huggggsss
joyce and "Angel Amy" 5/15/87--9/18/08

what is your sons name? I am so sorry to hear how young he was. my father in law had lymphoma and died within 6mnths of his diagnosis in 1992. we still miss him too and know he is with his only granddaughter watching down on us.

I have been reading through the posts and they really help to make me feel better. I have been so dissapointed for the last 4 months as I have not had that "vision" that everyone talks about having where they see their loved one in a dream.....I just feel very frustrated that I cannot seem to find symbols to know he is there. I have been reading books like crazy etc and just want to know darn it. What I would like to know is what is the proper way to "talk to the other side" in particular how do I talk to my 8 year old son ? I have read you need to burn a white candle etc ....but wondered what other people might say. Also how do you know its the person you want to talk to and not someone else ?? I am just a desperate mother missing my son, he was so close to me and to have him gone is just awful. Any tips or info will be appreciated.

Thank you Terrie, you brough tears to my eyes....as I have wondered myself if because I want it so badly that I make it not happen. Sometimes I think I have accepted it and yet other times I think I am trying to run away from it ( if that makes any sense ). Every night before I go to bed I tell him I am ready to communicate with him and I pray to God to please allow him to visit me and yet it has not happened....I am going to really work on what you said though. I would LOVE to be in connection with him, I went to a medium and it was an ok experience but she stated that I had this ability I just did not know how to use it...well then why can't I make it happen!!! AARGGHH. Thank you again, I am really going to do some soul searching to help release him.

My Dear Friend, this may seem crazy to those of you that haven't had the connection happen with my loss. I found that I was trying to hard. To make It happen, finely one day the light came on. My whole approach was all wrong! If you really want this connection to work for you, please take my advice in what I am going to tell you. First you need to let him go. Your son cannot make the connection with you because he can't. He is in between crossing over. you need to except this. I do not mean to sound so harsh, but you see he is not letting go of you untill you can except the loss. Once you let go GOD will do the rest. It is always my philosophy and I would like it for you too...That as you give unto the world, the world will give to you. Again, I feel your pain, your suffering. You need to take care of yourself. Once your son knows your ok with it he will come to you. It happen with the loss of my father. (VERY INPORTANT MESSAGE). You need to come to terms with yourself. Don't be selfish, let your son move on to his jurney. He need's this approveal from you! If you want to make this connection with him. You need to pray to GOD first ask him for his permission, also ask for your son's. I will be waiting to hear from you. Remrmber not to try so hard ok! (KEY WORDS) Ask permission from God first...God Bless, Your in my prayers. Your letter stood out of all the other letters because the same thing happened to me. Take care Terrie

Your so right Tori, I probably do have that anger. I know I look around and see other mothers complaining about their childs behavior or talking about how much work they are etc...and I think WHY ME, WHY MY SON ??? I loved every single moment with my son, I prayed all the time for God to save him...I used holy water everyday on him....I learned everything I could on Lymphoma and chemotherapy and really worked hard at being his advocate...so sometimes I do feel left with this...why me or most importantly why my son when he had so much to offer.

I have been told that I am holding onto too much anger to receive the messages that I want so desperately to receive from my Wanda. Not only was she my aunt, but also my spiritual advisor. I feel so lost, I feel so angry that she was taken from me.......The looong nights before she made her transition, I was so angry and completely bedridden. I kept asking God how he could take "MY Auntie, MY Best Friend"....

And in that still voice that we always hear about, HE said, "She's mine, My Child! "She is MY child"!

I couldnt say anything except "I Know"........!!!

I know it isnt correct to be angry at God, but I must be!!!

Mattew 8:22 Jesus spoke, some of “the dead” were hearing his voice. Peter used similar language at 1 Peter 4:5,6. This is so because those hearing Christ were ‘dead in trespasses and sins’ before hearing but would begin to ‘live’ spiritually because of faith in the good news.—Eph 2:1

Eccl 12:7 ... "the spirit itself returns to the true God who gave it"..
The spirit is our life-force. the spirit returns to God in the sense that now our hope for future life rests entirely with God. Only by his power can the spirit, or life-force, be given back so that we live again.
We read Psalm 104:29, 30 "If you conceal your face, they get disturbed. If you take away their spirit, they expire, And back to their dust they go. If you send forth your spirit, they are created; And you make the face of the ground new.

it's an observation too... have a bless day

Well, arighty then! This is a place to voice our feelings, true to us, which may not reflect anothers opinions or feelings. How about if it is adopted, what is right for one may not be for another? I read all. What feels right i take in, what doesn't i disgard. As simple as that. We are here for emotional relief not debates. Now, it would be nice if we could be able to get back to talking about our dearly departed. Thank You.

Thank You. I have mentioned earlier that i have lost my dear mom and now our dear friend. I was visiting his wife today, and we were of course talking about him, when my friend noticed a lock of hair on the ground!!! It was her husbands hair from his last hair cut!! How it got in the back yard no one knows... but my job was to be his barber. I felt he was truly there and letting us know~ he was too! He is communicating very strong in many ways. That message was for me :) He had a spiritual nature also, and i'm sure his first quest was to learn how to communicate with us down here... for he left us all way too fast. Blessings to all

Great story....I love to hear about these things that happen to others, it gives me hope. I have that same sorta thing with my son....he was told he was cancer free the first part of June and the 10th of July he was gone, the doctors did not detect the cancer in his spinal fluid until it was too late....so he left us so fast, my head still cannot wrap around it all. Because of that fast leaving and his age, I wonder if it has any effect on his communicating.
