Thank you so much for your message of hope. I have been in between two locations a lot over the past month (in process of a move) and have not always had handy access to internet.
I am muddling through this grief process, in typical form from what I'm learning from my SOS group and things I read. Thursday and Friday I have the privilege of attending a Postvention Conference event, and I am so thankful about its timing being precisely when I need it; http://www.hss.state.ak.us/dbh/
I am starting to experience some breakthrough moments here and there, which give me a lot of hope that things will get easier mentally and emotionally. Still working through a lot of self-blame and guilt, but from what I understand, that too is typical in the grief process, so I'm encouraged that it too will pass.
Thanks so much for reaching out to me. Let's stay in contact, I'll let you know how the conference goes for me.

Thank you my dear friend for thinking of me during our heartache months... we came here about the same time i think... I pray for everyone here nightly.. and as u say, time does give us a little healing, yet i am miserable this month. And i believe i wasnt aware of it being the month we lost my mom.. so now, once again i know why. My daughter and i celebrated my moms birthday on Feb 12th and soon will be the 2nd anniversary of her going to Heaven. Time flyes but feels like it has stood still. Do you feel this way too? I know with this world being the way that it is, it will only be a short time until we see our loved ones again* Much Love to u my dear Amaryllis, you are like an Angel here on earth that reaches out to so many of us.. i feel like God sent you! Love for you today and every day dear. My Heart is with you during this entire month!
