My son, Ajani Artist died of neglect August 19, 2006. He was forced into State custody, 7 Months after the State charge of his care. He was paralyzed in 9/2000 from a car/YMCA van accident. He lived at home until 2005. A settlement check from the YMCA was placed in a Special Needs Trust. Probate Court 2, appointed 5 guardians. Ajani lost his Social Security benefits when the settlement was paid.
He had taken the entrance exam to attend North Harris College. Probate 2 Judge declared him mentally incapacitated and forced him to live in
institutions were he was neglected. His life had no vaule or purpose to these people.

The family had just purchased a new home.
Ajani was taken care of on PayDay and Pawnshop Loans.

The settlement money was paid to 3 or more attorneys, Encore Bank and Specialized Medical Management.

No one from this group contacted me after Ajani died. My wrongful death suit was dropped because I couldn't get the proper representation. I was told by court representatives that they were going to teach me a lesson.
How can you teach a mother a lesson regarding the care of a child?

I have nightmares on how my son was abused and died so soon.
Who can you trust?
