Grief support groups, condolence advice, funeral etiquette and more
I've not been to my husband's grave site since he's passed. I feel a lot of guilt not going. Is this normal ? Could someone please share?

It was 2 years for me just last week. I don't go to the place where his ashes are specifically but I go by it regularly as it is at our church. I don't feel that it where he is! I believe that he is in a good place and occasionally I feel his present near me. I miss him but the remains of his body are only what was left behind. What I miss is the essence of who he was, his personality, his spiritual being -- his love for family and his concern for all of us. I hope this helps.
